Fees & Insurance

Fees:

Office fees are based on the professional skill, knowledge and service provided by our doctors. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. A fifty percent deposit is required prior to ordering glasses or contact lenses. The balance is due when you receive your new eyewear. We gladly accept VISA, MC and Discover, and our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your professional fees.

Insurance:

Pinnacle Eye Group doctors are participating providers with many insurance plans, and we will always help you obtain reimbursement for all covered services. In an effort to control the cost of your eye care, we request payment on the day of your visit. We will provide you with the necessary information to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please feel free to call the office with your insurance questions.

Financing Options

All of our offices offer financing which includes up to 6 months same as cash with qualifing purchase.
