Dr. Kruszewski is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and completed his undergraduate studies at John Carroll University in Cleveland Heights. He graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1986. He began his career as a naval officer, serving as staff optometrist and contact lens clinic coordinator at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Dr. Kruszewski volunteers and provides eyecare to the homeless at The Mildred Bayer Clinic. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association and is also past President of the Toledo Area Optometric Society. Dr. Kruszewski is married and has two daughters. He enjoys snow skiing, exercise and traveling.

 

 

 

 

Our Staff

Rebekah		Rebekah has been an optician since 2000 and is very enthusiastic about helping patients select fashionable eyewear. She and her husband enjoy traveling and to visit family in various parts of the country.
Jean		Jean has been an optician since 1996 and enjoys the challenges of the profession. In addition to helping our patients see and look their best, she loves to go boating, attend Jimmy Buffet concerts, traveling and spending time with her husband and sons Jack and Cooper.
Amy		Amy has been in the optical field since 1993 and enjoys the fashion aspect of helping patients define their new look in eyewear. She enjoys gardening, home improvement, and spending time with her two sons, baby daughter and husband.
Lisa		Lisa is our billing specialist. Since joining the Pinnacle Eye Group team in 2004, she has enjoyed the challenge of learning about the field of eyecare. She is married and has three children. She spends much of her time enjoying her children’s soccer games and loves to travel.
Jackie		Jackie is our Front Desk Team Leader. Jackie enjoys spending time with her son and watching him learn and grow and participate in various sports. She is an avid Ohio State football fan. She loves to travel, especially to Las Vegas and the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Amy		Amy is our Administrative Team Leader. She has been helping our patients through the exam process since 2007 and has enjoyed learning about the optical field. Amy is married and has three adult children. She is the Grammy of her favorite little man, Isiah with whom she loves spending most of her free time. Amy also enjoys swimming, cooking, movies and Nascar.
Michelle		Michelle is another one of our Optometric Assistants. Michelle spends most of her free time with her two daughters. She also enjoys reading, cooking, movies and sports. She loves to travel whenever she has the chance.
Kathy		Kathy is one of our opticians. She has been in the optical field for four years and enjoys working with patients. She loves spending time with her two kids Drake and Dana and and significant other, Mike.
Deborah		Deborah is a part of our front desk team. She greets and checks in patients and helps to keep things running smoothly. In her free time she enjoys traveling around the country to visit friends, running and watching Michigan football.
